In this conversation, Cathy shares her concept of abundance, emphasizing that it is MUCH more about inner peace and connection than material wealth. She admits that it’s challenging to maintain a state of flow and inner peace in a stressful world— but it’s her mission to do this and to teach others as well. She shares her personal journey finding purpose, love and her own spirituality. She highlights the importance of love, both in receiving and giving, as a fundamental aspect of this human experience.
