The RJ Young Show Podcast is a sports talk show where RJ takes on the biggest topics in sports. RJ Young is the host of The RJ Young Show on The Sports Animal KYAL/97.1 FM ESPN Radio and a staff writer at OUInsider. He has been featured on CBS Sports Network's "Time to Schein" as a college football insider. He is a selection committee member for the Jim Thorpe Award, which is given to the nation's best defensive back annually. He won the 2018 Natural Light Beer grand prize for a YouTube video he made. He was featured in the 2019 Natural Light Beer Super Bowl commercial. He earned his master's degree in professional writing at the University of Oklahoma. His memoir LET IT BANG (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) was published in 2018.
