Send us a text So many of us get stuck in a rut of comparison. But what are we truly comparing ourselves to? Someone who has been working on something 5 years longer than us and has failed multiple times before being successful? Someone that has 10 daily habits to stay looking younger? Someone who has botox and hair extensions? Someone who goes to the gym everyday and works really hard to maintain their weight? We see people and we think they're lucky, or have good genetics, or must just be "better than" us. But usually, not always, usually...people work for what they have, for how they look, for how they live their life. And we're comparing ourselves to what we THINK we know. But we really don't know their behind the scenes. So what can we do about it?
