Trump is watching yet ANOTHER federal court win developing, this time in his ongoing legal battle with California Governor Gavin Newsom over Trump’s deployment of National Guard to Los Angeles. Yesterday the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral argument in Newsom v. Trump on whether Newsom should be allowed to keep a temporary restraining order issued by a feckless, unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior district trial court judge out of San Francisco, that prohibited Trump from deploying the California National Guard to LA. The same three-judge panel hearing these oral arguments has ALREADY voted UNANIMOUSLY to freeze that TRO pending its appeal by the Trump administration, including not just the two Trump appointed judges but also the Biden appointed judge. So, the odds are looking ever in Trump’s favor. This reflects his recent victories in a similar National Guard case out of Oregon, Oregon v. Trump, in which Trump also won a stay of a district court TRO from a different three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
