Rachana is passionate about building self driven and motivated teams , enabling them to build innovative solutions addressing critical customer needs. Rachana has extensive experience in Domains like Storage, Server, Cloud, Distributed, Enterprise software development. Rachana is also a DEI evangelist and DEI Champion and has been contributing to various Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within and outside the organization.
