Send us a text Shane is a Canadian-born real estate entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Catalyst Equity Partners, a Texas-based privately held real estate investment firm founded in 2016. Catalyst focuses on the acquisition and management of large value-add multifamily properties in high-growth markets. Catalyst currently has ~1,900+ units and assets under management valued at $300M+. Shane is also a Co-Founder of CEP Construction Services, a multifamily construction and rehab company. Shane leads the acquisitions, financing, asset management, and investor relations efforts at Catalyst. Shane leverages his expertise in large-scale project management, analytics, and process improvement to ensure Catalyst’s processes are best-in-class. Prior to starting Catalyst, Shane had 10+ years of experience working at PwC, a Big-4 Consulting Firm, where he led large teams in strategically advising large Fortune 500 companies on ways to improve operations, increase revenues, and reduce costs by implementing streamlined processes and technology. Shane is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Illinois) and Chartered Accountant (CA, Canada).
