Maybe you’ve been visualising, journaling, feeling high vibe — and then out of nowhere: •Old negative thoughts creep back in •Old habits you thought you’d left behind start showing up •Money mindset blocks reappear •That beautiful abundance energy you’d been building? Gone. First thing I want you to know — you have not failed. You haven’t lost your magic. This is just part of the process. And when 444 shows up in these moments, it’s actually a powerful sign that you’re not alone — you’re being guided. WHY THIS HAPPENS When we start manifesting, we’re rewiring our subconscious. We’re creating new beliefs, new habits, new energy patterns. But your brain is used to its old programming. So when you start reaching a new level, your mind sometimes tries to “pull you back” into what’s familiar — even if it’s not what you want anymore. That’s why you might see old patterns creep in. It’s not a setback — it’s a sign you’re growing . THE MEANING OF 444 So let’s talk about 444. Spiritually, 4 is the number of stability, structure, and strong foundations. When you see it repeated three times, that energy is magnified. It’s like the universe is saying: “You’re safe. You’re supported. Now’s the time to ground yourself and strengthen your foundations so you can hold the abundance that’s coming.” 444 isn’t telling you to give up — it’s telling you to anchor in . YOUR 444 ABUNDANCE RESET Here’s what I do when I’m feeling stuck and 444 shows up — and you can try this too: 1 – Ground Yourself Grab your journal and write: •4 fears or blocks you’re feeling right now •4 wins or things you’ve already manifested •4 small actions you can take today to move forward 2 – Reframe the Blocks For every limiting belief, create a new supportive belief. “It’s not working” becomes “It’s still working for me, even when I can’t see it.” 3 – Act From Abundance Do one thing today that your “next level” self would do.
