I share a recent story of moving house and what I learnt from a trillion ants, a bee string, and my internet being cut off. We are spiritual beings having an imperfect human experience, and sometimes bad days ... are just bad days. It doesn't mean the universe is out to get us or putting us through this big test. In these moments, we have a beautiful opportunity to pause, bring awareness to the story we are attaching to the 'thing', and move from reaction to choice.
