Sarah Holden is an athlete, mother and inspiration to so many - it was an absolute pleasure to talk to her and we know you will love this episode! Sarah opened up about her journey since discovering she had multiple blood clots in both lungs and heart strain. After pulling out of a Hyrox race in Milan thinking she was having a panic attack, to later find out it was a pulmonary embolism and had it been left untreated any longer she would have died is absolutely terrifying! We talk about how this has changed her outlook on life, how mentally it has affected her and what it has been like to get back to training and walk out onto that competition floor again.
