Lauren Griffith is a seasoned Elite 15 athlete, having secured her spot to World Champs at the Hong Kong Major she talks to us about how things have been going since. We discuss the pressure of competing as an elite athlete, the frustration when performances don't go as you had hoped and the fine line between training hard and pushing your body too far. Lauren also gives us the low down on her pro doubles race in House with Lauren Weeks where they finished 2nd behind Joanna Wietrzyk & Tia Toomey, securing their place in the Elite 15 Doubles race at World Champs.
