We absolutely loved having the chance to sit down and speak to Avril after her recent Hyrox race in London Olympia where she not only completed her first solo race but also broke the World Record for the 65-69 age group! We discuss Avril’s background as a dancer, her battle with depression and how sport and her competitive spirit has helped her get through tough times and injury.
