On Friday, July 13th, the quiet town of Panhandle, Texas, where life moved at a gentle pace, was about to be shattered by an event so violent it would be seared into the town's memory forever. This Friday the 13th, was a night that defied the very nature of this peaceful community. Evil didn’t come to the town of Panhandle, it was born there and on this Friday the 13th that evil was on a seek and destroy mission. The chaos began in the dead of night. It was a night filled with murder, mayhem, confusion, and chaos. A night that will forever live in infamy as the night that the curse and the evil of lore became real.

Ashley Flynn, 37, was found dead in the early morning hours of February 16th after officers received a report of a burglary and shooting at a Tipp City home. Her husband and two children were inside the home when officers arrived. According to Miami County officials, Caleb Flynn, a former American Idol contestant, was taken into custody and charged with murder after investigators say Ashley Flynn’s body was found in their home. Prosecutors have not released details about a motive.

On May 23rd 2016, police responded to a flat where a dead young woman was found by her family. The evidence found at the scene proved this to be a homicide. Police were able to quickly recover CCTV footage from building where the victim had lived alone. The footage showed a man on his way to murder 26 year old Nikki Collingbourne. Next to Nikki's body detectives located fragments of the now infamous murder weapon.

On February 1, 2026 someone removed 84 year old Nancy Guthrie from her home. Several ransom communications have been sent to the media and to the family. Today we go through what is known and the questions that remain. There is a $50k reward for information leading to Nancy’s location. Nancy is a caucasian female, 5’4” tall, 150 pounds, with Brown hair and Blue eyes. She was last seen at her home in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood of Tucson, Arizona on the night of January 31, 2006. The murder of a child is an unbearable tragedy, a nightmare for any parent. In the quiet, rural village of Armada, Michigan—a community so small it felt like a haven from big-city dangers—Jennifer Millsap believed her fourteen-year-old daughter, April, was safe. That belief was shattered on a July evening in 2014.

On December 30th, 2025, Dr. Spencer Tepe and his wife Monique Tepe were found dead in their Weinland Park home in Columbus, Ohio. The couple’s two young children and the family dog were found safe inside the house at the time of discovery. This is a recent case that stirred up a lot of opinions, questions, and fears.
