Raising Your Spirits

Tony explains the difficulty for many people to find this level of "stillness" or emptiness in their experience. It does take practice as we have been conditioned to do and look at life as a checklist of things to do rather than just be who you are. A special meditation was created just for this class to help people get into this stillness mode or zone because that is where spirit and your Creator is. In the part 1 segment Spirit wants us to just slow down and stop thinking you are not doing enough. It is time for you to release and let the light carry you more. You are exactly where you need to be. Get into the habit of being still in nature, in parks, meadows, at rivers, lakes or ocean and be in that environment as it is a part of you for you to discover. Burnout is the lack of stillness in your life. We have been taught to focus on the numerous outside distractions to keep our minds busy during this season and all others. When you are overwhelmed you don't have time to have quiet and reflection as part of your day. This meditation is dedicated to all those people who feel there is more to life and want to take the beginning steps to discover what is behind the noise and even more important; what is behind the silence and stillness. A quote once said that from the stillness your Creator will present themselves. The God light is inside of you and stillness is absolutely essential to unlock this universal light. Play this meditation at least 4 times a week. There is a reason why this particular meditation soundtrack is over 50 minutes long. We wanted you to have enough time to get past the mental clutter and reach this stillness mode inside of you. There you will find everything you have been looking for. For those that have a hard time in clearing your minds at first focus only on your breathing. Then when you feel you are relaxed whisper to yourself "Tell me who I am" or "Show me what I am" or "I am the light, please shine it within me". These and others you can think of will help activate and release this God like energy inside as you reach... stillness. Is there a fear that is in the way to truly being free? Why do children laugh out loud when you throw them up and they fall? Following your heart means so many things to everyone. Freedom is following a light that you are getting to pursue without thinking about it. Spirit reminds us that we are free-spirited beings and our given right when we are born is freedom. Yet we are born into a system for the masses where we are given just as much freedom as others will give us. It is a subtle hand of control and it is conditional. In this podcast we explore what it is like to be free and have limits at the same time. As long as we stay within the lines we are allocated some measure of freedom but it comes at a price. Spirit sees that our best may change frequently. Some days we can do so much and be so productive while other days it seems we work so hard and get almost nothing done. Spirit sees that our lives have been one mastery of illusion where people go through great lengths to know as little as possible about themselves. They experience separation and judgement to further separate humanity and even nature. It is about us and them. In this time in our human evolution a very special portal has opened up once again. Every August 8th (8th month of the 8th day) the Lion's Gate Portal opens but this Lion's Gate was different as it also opened and activated our DNA light codes. Now that the 999 Portal is open it is about cleaning up and letting go of literally everything that is in our "baggage" or junk energies. These are past anger focused on our past including parents, coaches, teachers, bullies in school, traumas of any kind needs to be let go. The vibrations of the Earth and the light codes in our sun rays all are uplifting our energies and changing everything. With this incredible enhanced universal flow all lower vibration energies like anger, greed, fear, shame, guilt, feelings of not enough, etc. must go for us as humans to evolve to a higher state. Those that don't let these energies go will stay behind and choose to rest in fear instead of love. This meditation is based on the 432 Hz. and the Divine Feminine energies to bring everyone to a path of pure love and creation itself. What is the ultimate cost of being angry? When the Universe does something there is a plan but we don't know what that plan is. Our anger is a reaction to something and this topic is explained more clearly as to what and why we need to manage ourselves to move forward. Spirit lists several ways to use your own power through talismans such as lucky shoes, rabbits foot when rubbed, crystals, etc. All of which will help you in the beginning.
