Authorities say a war over lobsters of all things has led to a businessman being charged with attempted murder. Cops say he turned off an 18-year-old diver's air supply while he was underwater searching for lobsters. And a terrifying moment at the ballpark. Now they're in the headlines, suing a small mom-and-pop convenience store claiming trademark infringement because they say its beaver mascot looks too similar to the beaver on their logo. The mom-and-pop store says they will fight the lawsuit. It's being called a real-life David vs. Goliath battle.
