Cy: Yn cysgodion y Wyddfa, mae awyr yr haf yn disgleirio dros Barc Cenedlaethol Eryri, lle mae Rhys, Seren ac Eira yn camu allan o’r car.
En: In the shadows of y Wyddfa, the summer sky shines over Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, where Rhys, Seren, and Eira step out of the car.
Cy: Tîm cydweithwyr ydynt, ond heddiw, maen nhw’n gobeithio bod yn fwy na dim ond hynny.
En: They are a team of colleagues, but today, they hope to be more than just that.
Cy: Mae Rhys yn teimlo fel pe bai ei ysbryd anturus wedi ei ddal rhwng waliau’r swyddfa yng Nghaerdydd.
En: Rhys feels as if his adventurous spirit has been trapped between the office walls in Caerdydd.

En: "How about a little adventure?"

En: he whispers, but loud enough for his colleagues to hear.
Cy: Mae Seren yn chwysu.
En: Seren is sweating.
Cy: "Hwyrach y dylem gadw at y cynllun," meddai hi, gyda’i llygaid eang agored, yn awchu am rywbeth newydd.
En: "Perhaps we should stick to the plan," she says, her eyes wide open, yearning for something new.
Cy: Ond mae Eira, yn syndod, yn dwyn ei challen.
En: But Eira, surprisingly, takes up his challenge.
Cy: "Beth yw’r pwynt o fod yma os nad ydym ni’n profi’r gwir natur?
En: "What's the point of being here if we don't experience the true nature?"
