Hu: A Balaton hullámai lustán csapkodták a partot, miközben a nyári nap aranysárgára festette a vizet.
En: The waves of Balaton lazily slapped the shore as the summer sun painted the water golden-yellow.
Hu: Bence, Emese és Zsolt hatalmas nevetések közepette igyekeztek a partra sétálni.
En: Bence, Emese, and Zsolt strolled towards the shore amidst great laughter.
Hu: Fagylalt az egyik kezükben, napszemüveg a másikon.
En: Ice cream in one hand, sunglasses in the other.
Hu: A barátok azért jöttek ide, hogy élvezzék a nyarat és egy kicsit pihenjenek.
En: The friends came here to enjoy the summer and relax a bit.
Hu: „Nézzétek, ott van a kölcsönzős bódé” – mutatott Bence lendületesen egy irányba.
En: “Look, there's the rental hut,” pointed Bence energetically in one direction.

En: “Let's try that pedal boat!”
Hu: Emese vonakodott.
En: Emese hesitated.
Hu: „De hát nem terveztük...” – kezdte.
En: “But we didn't plan for this...” she started.
Hu: „Épp ez az!” – vágott közbe Bence.
En: “That's exactly the point!” Bence interrupted.
Hu: „Spontán kellene lennünk.”
En: “We should be spontaneous.”
Hu: Zsolt vállat vont.
En: Zsolt shrugged.
Hu: „Miért ne? Menjünk!”
En: “Why not? Let's go!”
Hu: A barátok sikeresen kibéreltek egy piros-sárga vízibiciklit, és nevetve tapostak ki a vízre.
En: The friends successfully rented a red-yellow pedal boat and pedaled out onto the water laughing.

En: The lake's smooth surface and the crowd of tourists bustling in the background were almost idyllic.

Hu: „Verseny, és mi részt fogunk venni!” – kiáltotta lelkesen.
En: “A race, and we’re going to participate!” he shouted enthusiastically.
Hu: Emese szkeptikusan nézett rá.
En: Emese looked at him skeptically.
Hu: „Nem tudunk semmit a versenyről!”
En: “We don’t know anything about the race!”
Hu: De Bence máris bekormányozta a csapatot a versenyvonalba.
En: But Bence had already steered the team into the race line.
Hu: Habozás nélkül indultak, azonban a csapat hamar rájött, hogy nem a sebesség bajnokai.
En: Without hesitation, they started, but the team quickly realized they were not champions of speed.
