On 'One on One' this week, the Arsenal Manager, Mikel Arteta, takes us into his first dressing room as a 16-year-old at Barcelona and reveals how senior players, Pep Guardiola and Luis Enrique, took him under their wing. He contrasts his experiences with those of his young footballers at Arsenal, with the likes of 15-year-old Max Dowman making the first team. Arteta talks to Joe about building a culture, explains the importance of role models and discusses what - he thinks - it takes to make it in the Premier League.
