I alter my cascading waterfall strategy AFTER an ETF does a reverse split. But I always do "something else" with at least HALF of my dividend money so that I minimize and manage risk. I NEVER put ALL of the dividend money back INTO a high yield/HIGH RISK ETF. I'm always doing "something else" LESS risky with at least 1/2 of the dividend money.
