Whether it is a practice plan, keeping statistics, a consistent fitness routine, or goal setting, staying on track with a view of what is next is vital. I created Under Par Consulting after a coaching career that gave me more life rewarding experiences and relationships then I could ever hope for. What I missed was time with my wife and growing daughter. After realizing that being home to see volleyball games and helping with homework was rewarding, I decided to create UPC as a way to continue my passion of helping players and families.
