The holiday season is upon us. Managing stress in general is a challenge, but managing holiday stress elevates it all! As a busy mom I want to love this time of year. Really, I do. There’s just always been so much to do on top of an already impossible list of things needing my time and attention. Overwhelm sets in. Perfectionism takes over and I’ve wound up counting the days until it's all over and things can go back to normal. I don’t want that for me or for you, so let’s do something different.
