Raphael Williams, WELL AP, serves as Senior A&D Manager for Allsteel, a leading innovator in workplace furnishings and architectural product solutions. He also serves as Equity Council Co-Chair for the International Interior Design Association’s New York Chapter (IIDA NY). He aspires to educate and inform the architecture and design community on various Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives, such as Equity Council’s JEDI Action Lab Series. Kavita Singh Gilchrist (she/her) is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Racial Equity Partners (REP), a national consulting practice that has helped 30+ organizations build skills and pathways to advance racial equity, diversity and inclusion. Before REP, she spent 20 years designing programs with education and community-based nonprofits, working to help people navigate inequitable systems by shaping inclusive services that benefit all people and positively impact their life outcomes.
