We often find inspiration when we are away from our desks and this week’s episode is no exception. I’ve taken up a new hobby to help with my confidence and, in the words of Julie Andrews, “start at the very beginning, it’s a very good place to start”. And it was during a practice session that my teacher said something that stopped me in my tracks. We all have belief patterns that keep us safe and tell us we are only capable of so much.
