Hello my dears, It is this time of the year again and though a bit late, I wanted to remind you to be kind to and not so hard on yourself. This time of the year is rough especially for those who suffered losses, already feel disconnected, have a complicated family situation and so on. If you add the limited daylight and it just gets worse. Same goes for worries about paying the bills - especially this year. It is a lot. And in such times it is especially important to be patient with yourself and not add additional pressure. Which is hard I know. But I hope this can give you a bit of validation. Sometimes all we can do is hang in there and that is okay. We all go at our own pace. Not giving up is important and worthy of a treat here and there. I hope you are well, I wish you the best for the next year and that you get out of this as soon as possible. Take care, watch yourself and I hopefully see you next year.
