As some of you know, I had a long history of panic attacks. At times I literally felt like a hostage in my home, unable to even open the door without the panic attacks starting again. Today I'm sharing how this shifted, the wild prescription I was given for the panic attacks, why I started a rest business, and what principles have worked well for me to grow my rest business.
