In this episode, I join my high-school pal, Emma Gregory, to discuss the value of protecting public lands through political awareness, activism, community organizing, and more. Emma is a recent graduate from George Mason University and has interned for The Nature Conservancy, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute, and more. She is currently a Conservation Fellow at the Western Slope Conservation Center in Colorado.
