If you don't get it, you know what can happen. You can be grumpy, nervous, sleepy, and many other qualities that are not necessarily desirable nor like seven dwarves in some old fable. Another thing about getting a good night's rest is that you will have dreams and sometimes incredibly imaginatively marvelous dreams too! Ones that you will want to journal and maybe write a poem, story, or novel about!! This all won't happen unless you get some sleep though. This song about dreaming.
