In the midst of earthshaking events, instead of responding with a flurry of anxious activity, God invites us to “Be still, and know that I am God!" How might acknowledging God help you to respond in healthier ways? - What might it look like to "be still" and know that Jesus is Lord, and that he is always with us? In other words, how might you practice stillness?
