No one is cheering you on. No one is celebrating you. You’re not around other people who are not giving into their urges so you think it’s not possible. When you’re around other badasses, you’ll hear one of them share that they stopped themselves in the Costco line when they just wanted to buy a huge ass box of chocolate to binge on. And that inspires you to do the same. It gives you hope that it’s possible for you too! & on the days, YOU are the one not giving into your urges, everyone is celebrating you & you feel like the strongest badass💁♀️ You can keep isolating yourself and believing that you’re the exception and therefore feel like conquering binge eating is sooooo far away.
