Welcome back to the kitchen table. If Bethany could tell her younger self one thing, it’s this: Your calling isn’t a role you play but a position you hold. That truth would have helped her walk more securely, breathe easier, and release the pressure to hold everything together. Bethany loved her career. She thrived in it.
