Again, breathing in calm, breathing out stress. With every inhale, imagine drawing in peace and clarity. With every exhale, imagine letting go of worry, doubt, or heaviness. This is your time to pause. Your time to reset. Your time to remember your worth. Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you. Notice the contact points — your feet, your seat, your back. Now imagine roots growing gently from the soles of your feet, down through the floor, and deep into the earth. (Pause 15 seconds) These roots are strong. They hold you steady. They remind you that you are grounded, safe, and supported. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more connected, more anchored, more present. (Pause 20 seconds) Now bring your focus to your heart space — the centre of your being. (Pause 10 seconds) See a warm golden light glowing there. With each breath, this light grows brighter… filling your chest… spreading through your body… expanding around you like a soft shield of light. Repeat silently, or aloud, with me now: I am enough, exactly as I am. I am worthy of love, success, and joy. I trust myself and the choices I make. I am proud of the person I am becoming. I release comparison — my journey is unique and beautiful. Let each affirmation sink deeper into your heart, as your golden light grows stronger. Now, bring to mind one thing you are calling into your life. It could be abundance, health, confidence, or success. Whatever it is, see it clearly in your imagination. Picture yourself already living this desire. Notice where you are, what’s around you, who’s with you. What do you see? What do you hear? What emotions rise within you? Allow yourself to feel it fully. The excitement. The joy. The gratitude. Your body responds as if it’s already happening — because in your energy, it is. Now, whisper to yourself: It is already mine. I align with abundance every day. I am magnetic to my desires. I allow this blessing to flow into my life with ease. With every inhale, imagine drawing this vision closer. With every exhale, imagine letting go of resistance. Now, expand your awareness even further.
