Send us a text Welcome to Day 26 of our 30-Day Affirmation Laugh Challenge! Feeling under the weather or a bit funny? Let's laugh and tap it off to find relief and feel better. First, massage the left or right side of your upper chest (just next to your sternum) and say "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself. Next, follow these steps: 1) Gently tap on your eyebrow bone and say: "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself." 2) Gently tap on the side of your forehead and say: "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself." 3) Gently tap on your cheek bone and say: "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself." 4) Gently tap on your under your nose and say: "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself." 5) Gently tap on your chin and say: "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself." 6) Gently tap on your collar bone and say: "Even though I'm feeling under the weather, I love and accept myself." Now, place your hand on your heart and say: Every Day in Every Way, I Am Better and Better. Breathe in. Sigh as you exhale. Breathe in. Hum as you exhale. Breathe in. Laugh gently as you exhale. We are laughing to activate the power of this affirmation (or LAFFirmation). We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that! Be gentle with yourself. Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
