Life is about learning to adapt and let things go that no longer serve us. Today on the podcast I had on a friend, Lola Berry. Lola is someone who has mastered the art of letting go of what doesn't serve her and being compassionate to herself in the process. She is a nutritionist, author, accredited yoga teacher, content creator, presenter, speaker, podcaster and entrepreneur who has a colorful approach to nutrition. In this episode, we chat about why failures need to be celebrated and about cultivating a willingness to learn, take a chance and see how things go. We talk about a few of her entrepreneurial endeavors including her shift from a smoothie business to a coffee business and her experience of going back to school to study acting. She also talks about the importance of keeping people around who are cheering you on and why she thinks everyone should have a therapist. (This episode was pre-recorded on February 11, 2020)
