Today I had the pleasure of talking with Lara Casey, author and creator of  PowerSheets® and the Write the Word® journals. We discussed why we often feel so comfortable with staying the same and how our brains are wired to avoid change. She shares the impact that she hopes to make through her products and why she's so passionate about helping others look at the bigger picture in life.
