Nicole Owns an All Women's Fitness Boutique in Mystic CT, for women over 30 to be healthy, happy and fit for life. In her early twenties, she takes what she used to rebuild her life, body and her mind to help other women build a stronger self. She and her partner Eric, run the studio and their coaching program which provides in person coaching as well as virtual training for weight loss.
