Sonny Jay

Today we're joined by Sonny Jay who Presents the Capital FM Late Show and won Dancing on Ice in 2021.

Sonny used to present the Capital Breakfast Show with Roman Kemp, which meant starting his day at 3am. His new show is 10-1am so he's adopted a new routine - a routine that involves staying fit, and he couldn't be happier.

This Essex Chappy is 'Sonny by name, Sunny by nature'! Enjoy
