Let's reset our nervous system by tapping on acupressure points, using our affirmation, and our laugh. 1) Gently tap on your eyebrow bone and say: "Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." 2) Gently tap on the side of your forehead and say: "Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." 3) Gently tap on your cheek bone and say: "Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." 4) Gently tap on your under your nose and say: "Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." 5) Gently tap on your chin and say: "Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." 6) Gently tap on your collar bone and say: "Every Day, in Every Way, I Am Better and Better." Breathe in. Laugh gently as you exhale. We are laughing to activate the power of this affirmation (or LAFFirmation). We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that! Be gentle with yourself. Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
