In The Old Testament there are 90 different references and mentions of the Holy Spirit and in the New Testament there are 260 times that He is mentioned, so you would could say basically the entire Bible talks about the Holy Spirit. In the Bible the Lord tells us that it's the Holy Spirit who actually wrote the Bible, yet people don't want to pay any attention to the Holy Spirit who is actually mentioned in scripture from Genesis 1 to the end of Revelation.
