It was an absolute honour to have Crossfit royalty on the podcast this week as we chatted to James following the huge weekend he had at Hyrox Melbourne. The hype was real around this mixed doubles team with James and Tia Toomey taking on Hyrox together in Australia - the buzz was epic and the race was even better to watch (that was if you could get past the crowds to see the head to head battle between the top mixed doubles teams).
